Renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes.
Does Plus renew automatically?
Yes — annual plans renew. You can cancel at any time and keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. The exact renewal terms are in the Terms.
How do I cancel?
From Settings → Plan, or from the cancellation page linked in the footer. No e-mail needed.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, per the Refund Policy. Your statutory right of withdrawal applies separately.
What does “+ applicable taxes” mean?
The price shown is the base price. The VAT, GST or sales tax for your country is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Who processes my payment?
Freemius, a payment provider for software. SaveFold never sees your card details.
What happens to the Founder price if I cancel?
It ends. If you come back later, the offer available at that time applies.
What happens to my Saves if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your account continues on Free with everything intact; new additions follow the Free limits.
