1. Provider and contact

These terms are between you and the operator named in the Legal notice (“SaveFold”, “we”). Customer contact: support@savefold.site, telephone [İŞLETMECİ TARAFINDAN SAĞLANACAK].

2. What SaveFold is

SaveFold is a personal Library for links, posts and videos you save from other apps and websites. It keeps the link, the public title, description and preview the linked page publishes, and your own notes and Collections. It does not download, copy or store third-party media files.

3. Account and acceptable use

You need an e-mail address and a password. Keep them to yourself. Do not use SaveFold to share content you have no right to share, and do not attempt to access other people’s Libraries.

4. Free plan

The Free plan is free of charge and has no time limit. It includes unlimited Saves. Other limits of the Free plan (for example the number of Collections) are shown on the Pricing page and inside the app; they are read from the same configuration the server enforces.

5. Plus: prices and taxes

Plus is one subscription sold under staged offers (Early Founder, Founder, Standard). Prices shown are base prices excluding taxes; the applicable VAT, GST or sales tax for your country is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Prices are shown in EUR or USD depending on your country and choice.

6. Payment through Freemius

Purchases are processed by Freemius, Inc. as our payment provider and reseller. Freemius’ own terms apply to the payment: [İŞLETMECİ TARAFINDAN SAĞLANACAK] (link and description of Freemius’ role, to be confirmed with Freemius and legal counsel). SaveFold never sees your card details.

7. Term and renewal

Plus is billed for one year in advance. After the first year the subscription continues until you cancel; you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the following month. 8. Cancellation

You can cancel from Settings → Plan or with the cancellation button below. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends: your account continues on Free with everything intact.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a paid contract within 14 days without giving reasons. You can use the withdrawal button below or the model withdrawal form. 10. Refunds

Within 14 days of a purchase you can ask for a refund by writing to support@savefold.site; see the Refunds page. Statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Founder offers

Early Founder Plus is available to the first 250 paying customers and Founder Plus to paying customers 251 to 1,000. Both are the same Plus. The price you joined at stays as long as your subscription continues without interruption; if you cancel and come back later, the offer available at that time applies.

12. Your data

Your Library is yours. You can export it as JSON at any time from Settings. Downgrading never deletes data. See the Privacy Policy.

13. Warranty and availability

The statutory warranty for digital products and services applies (§§ 327 ff. BGB). SaveFold aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee it; maintenance may cause short interruptions.

14. Liability

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; you will be informed in advance of changes that affect a running subscription.

16. Applicable law and dispute resolution

German law applies; mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected. SaveFold is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
